Returns & Refunds

Unopened Products:
You may return unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange for any reason. Items must be in their original condition and packaging and received back within 14 days. 

Tampered or Opened Products:
We cannot accept returns of opened products unless they are faulty. This includes board games where the shrink wrap has been removed. For collectible items (such as Magic: The Gathering or other trading card products), if packaging appears opened or tampered with, we reserve the right to refuse a return or refund.

Faulty or Damaged Products:
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or with missing components, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the situation.

Return Process
Please contact us at help@atticeight.com before sending any items back.  Customers are responsible for return postage unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned goods.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
